What I have learned while on vacation

Well, when it comes to wellness while on vacation visiting family, this is what I have learned:

  1. there is no time for yoga or meditation

  2. if your host isn't athletic, shaking your foot while sitting on your ass is the extent of the exercise you will get done

  3. you will most likely eat like a starving pig the whole time you're gone

  4. other people's dryers shrink all your clothes

So Jenn, that blimp limping like an old lady in too snug clothes next weekend will be me. Pretend not to notice. I plan on being very sensitive about it.
